Who we are

OBUMC MOPS provides an intimate environment for moms to feel safe, supported, and a part of something bigger.
The goals of OBUMC MOPS are to make every mom feel welcome and supported, to serve as a source of information and encouragement to all members, and to perform an annual service project.
We meet in the evenings to accommodate all moms. We believe that being a mother shouldn't isolate you, so mothers may bring their children with them. During meetings, children will be cared for by at least 2 childcare workers in the nursery. Children under 6 months of age may stay with their mothers during the meeting.
